HELP!, I CAN'T LOGIN! WHY?
HOW AND WHERE CAN I BUY SMS CREDITS?
Once you determine how much SMS credits you need, you can purchase SMS credits either by paying with your interswitch ATM card, or by paying cash or cheque directly into our Bank account. ATM Card payment is the fastest because it is instant! Your account will be credited immediately ATM payment is made. You must login to your account and click the Buy Now link on the top right of the screen to make ATM Payment. Bank payments will roughly take 30mins if you paid in cash. Cheque payments are not credited until the cheque clears. (Unless you are a regular reseller). Please, always specify your email address as the depositor when making bank payments.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY FREE SMS. WHY?
Either you did not correctly type in your mobile number or the mobile number you specified has already recieved free SMS. If you intend to send Bulk and you need more free SMS to test our services first, please contact our support desk.
IN WHAT FORMAT SHOULD THE BULK TEXT FILE BE?
It must be a text file. CSV / TXT. As long as the numbers are in a text file, and the numbers are human readable, separated from one another either by a space, comma, dot, or any other character, our application can pick them out even if they are inconsistent.
CAN I SEND SMS TO OTHER COUNTRIES?
Yes. You can send to 400+ Networks around the globe. Please see our coverage list to see if your specific country or network is covered.
